Homepage Redesign - Simplifying users choice

Clean design directing users to three main areas and highlighting a few "spotlights".

After installing Google Analytics we discovered users where not following any particular path after hitting the Redwood homepage. We decided to redesign the site cutting down the amount of options shown to users on the home page and making the site easier to navigate. The design above was approved and went live last year with great success and improved average time on site. The only update that has happened since are the tabs below the boxes, I found the site was too image centric and it was damaging our SEO ranking. I have now added the tabs along the bottom to increase text and keyword saturation.

This was rejected early on mainly due to the redwood logo not being allowed to be white (Even though I was told it was ok at the beginning!) and that the header was too strong.
