T-Mobile owns the color Magenta

While reading the article “Color: The Next Limited Resource?” on Six Revisions, I found the subject of brands buying and claiming a colour as theirs, a scary and interesting thought. T-mobile being the most active and controversial story, I thought I would look into it a bit more.
So what are the facts?
- T-Mobile (Deutsche Telekom) have trademarked the colour magenta.
- T-mobile can only trademark in the industry sector that they are registered in, so T-Mobile has trademarked the colour magenta in telecommunications
They have been enforcing this in the last few years by suing companies like book-on-demand publisher, and most recently, web magazine blog Engadget Mobile.

Church website redesign and build
Wallingford Baptist Church's design brief was:
- Being welcoming to all
- Dispelling negative images of Christians as boring, judgmental or killjoys
- Showing how the church is a community and family
- Vibe: Friendly, warm, welcoming and vibrant
- Fit in with the CMS they had already signed up too

Homepage Redesign - Simplifying users choice
Clean design directing users to three main areas and highlighting a few "spotlights".
After installing Google Analytics we discovered users where not following any particular path after hitting the Redwood homepage. We decided to redesign the site cutting down the amount of options shown to users on the home page and making the site easier to navigate. Website Design for a German Hotel
istock Contest: Screen Yrself
istock are running a contest called Screen Yrslef, where you design a t-shirt meeting the following requirements:
- have a maximum of three colours, with no gradients;
- single sided (front or back) and not cross garment seams, wrap or leave edges;
- contain at least one iStockphoto element (include file # in upload form);
- be submitted in the t-shirt template provided by iStockphoto;
- contain the iStockphoto logo.

Designing a poster in photoshop
The main purpose of this project was to brush up on my photoshop skills. I wanted to create a very dark poster that would appeal to the young market. I first searched for a stock image on istock I found a great series of pictures of a man dancing in a hooded top and jeans.

Building a Marketing Administration System from scratch
Project Requirements
To build a system where staff can build and edit landing pages for webinars and events where customers could register for them plus request documents. Staff also require the ability to view and edit registration details online. I also wanted to add the feature of downloading the data as .CSV files.
